How much does it cost to change timing belt and water pump for Honda car?

My car model Honda civic 2002. 4 engines, 1.7L. Should I change water pump at the same time? How much does it cost to change timing belt and water pump for Honda car?
The timing belt, water pump, and timing belt tensioner are a pain in the neck to reach, and will all cause major problems if they fail. Expect to spend $200 to $300 on labor to replace any one of the three, or the same labor to replace all 3. Parts will set you back about $100.How much does it cost to change timing belt and water pump for Honda car?
I would, should not be more than 4 hours plus parts. A belt is only about 40 dollars and an exchange pump less than 100. you may need a new tensioner about another 40 bucks
