How difficult is it to change timing belt on a renault laguna 1.8.rt sport?

There are anumber of special tools needed to line the marks up correctly and hold the flywheel in position. Its a bit of a pig and i would recommend leaving it to a specialist unless you feel competent. The consequences of not getting it right doesnt make it worth trying to save money. How difficult is it to change timing belt on a renault laguna 1.8.rt sport?
Yeah i agree with the other guys, i once did it and set it all up, worked fine for a while. cos i hadn't tensioned the belt correctly it striped the teeth off and f***ed my engine up... you will pay at a garage, but it wont cost you a new car...How difficult is it to change timing belt on a renault laguna 1.8.rt sport?
It's really easy, first you start the engine then you put it into gear then you drive to the nearest renault dealer or cambelt specialist and say please will you change the timing belt on this, seriously it really is a specialist job
don't even try if you get it out a fraction you will need a new

engine
its a real difficult
it very hard if you have never done this. it takes tools diagnostic equipment timing light.
