Should i change the timing belt on my 1998 audi a6 2.8 quattro?

i bought a 1998 audi a6 quattro few months ago and i don't know if the timing belt was changed or not? how can i tell? the mechanics said they cant tell if it needs it or not! my car now has 104,000 miles on it but when i bought it it had like 94k.i know this is a very important belt to fix otherwise the engine will be screwed!Should i change the timing belt on my 1998 audi a6 2.8 quattro?
Dude, you have asked this before. YES! Make sure the rollers, tensioner, H20 pump, thermostat, and coolant are changed. On the topic of coolant, make sure its Audi G12 Red. Any other red G12, will foul sensors.
